「ワークショップ」（岩波新書）読んで。。。

「ワークショップ～新しい学びと創造の場～」（中野民夫著）　岩波新書　2001年1月を読みました-。

同僚に進められて手に取ったのですが（Yさんありがとう！）、ひさしぶりに「す～」とくるさわやかな
実用書でした。

「ワークショップとは-」を本の中で以下のように紹介されています。「（ワークショップとは）先生や
講師から一方的に話を聞くのでなく、参加者が主体的に論議に参加したり、言葉だけでなく体や
こころを使って体験したり、相互に刺激しあい学びあう、グループによる学びと創造の方法」。
また、「ワークショップとは、その中で安心して成長したり生まれ変わったりできるゆりかご」とのこと。

振り返って思い出すと学生時代のキャンプやサークル活動の場面の中である特殊な環境（山の中や
セミナールームの一室の中など）で思いがけず普段の身の回りの人には言えないような本音をポロリ
ポロリとつい語ってしまうような、そんな機会として思い出されます。

昨日のウェブログに書いた仕事のスタイルやライフスタイルが大変動している中でワークショップと
いうような安心して自分の素に戻ることができるような場所が、以前にもまして必要性が増している
ようです。

そんな意味ではウェブログであったり、メーリングリストであったり、自主的なサークル研究会であったり
というような場所もみなが「素」に戻ることができるような場所を提供することがより具体的にできるかも
知れない、とふと考えています。FastCompany誌が創刊から約3年で「Magazine of the year」をアメリカ
でとることができたのも、そのような空白に対して、ビジネスという基本軸とニューエコノミー時代の中での
「新しい働き方」のコンセプトを提供する雑誌メディアと、読者同士が結びつくことを可能にしたオンラインコミュニティが
あって、そのようなまだ当時会社の同僚と話すことができないような「cutting edge」なアイディアを「安心
して」話すことを可能にさせる「文脈」と「場」を提供したからではないかと思っています。

このウェブログを通じてそのような「文脈」と「場」を提供できるか、が当面の目標です。どなたが読んでい
ただいているのか全く分からない状態でとにかく書き始めていますが、そんなつもりでこのウェブログを
今後毎日続けていこうと思っています。ぜひコメント欄もフィードバックをいただけたらうれしいです。

こんにちは！

最初に僕がソシアレ研と出会ったのもこのWebでした。
それから何ヶ月かたちましたが、この前名刺を整理していて、ソシアレ研で出会った人の多さにびっくりしました。
とくに市川さんとはいろいろな場所でお会いできるのでおもしろいです！

あ、この「ワークショップ」っていう本僕も読みました。一年くらい前ですが。すっごくいい本だったのを覚えています。友達から借りて読んだので今は手元になくて残念ですが、またよんでみようかしら。

Weblogおもしろいですよね。　これからもチェックしていくのでどんどんエントリーしてくださいね～。では。
